In silver, measuring 35. 3 mm in diameter, a series of nicks evident on Paveli's cheek and neck, on its original triangular ribbon with hook and eye, very fine. Accompanied by a Photograph of Twelve Members of the Home Guard in a Wooded Setting (in black and white, matte finish, stamped in ink "VII 68" and inscribed "Domobrani na Poloaju" (Home Guards at the Position) in pencil on the reverse,
