Colette passed in 2015, the year after her daughter Laurence, and her husband Tho before her so this Cuve Colette joins a small group of family named wines at the domaine. The fruit comes from 50 to 60 year old Riesling vines in Bonnes Terres, lower on the Grand Cru Schlossberg slope, where soils are deeper and sandier than the granitic heart of the cru. The
